Who can apply for Halal certification?
All organizations with legal status, regardless of economic sector, size, financial conditions, personnel … can register and be assessed for certification. However, in order to ensure objectivity and non-conflict of interest, HCA will not certify to Organizations with activities similar to those of HCA or those that may affect objectivity in HCA certification decision.


Which standard is Halal based on?
The standards used as the standard for assessing Halal Certification for products are the guidelines of MUI – Indonesia, JAKIM – Malaysia, GSO and appropriate guidelines of other international organizations. The Fatwa used the reference in the evaluation process of the evaluation process based on Fatwa MUI Indonesia and Fatwa Malaysia.


What new products can apply for Halal Certification?
Only mass-produced products with clear trade marks in areas where the State allows them to produce can apply for Halal certification.
